Why have counselling?
You may choose to talk to a counsellor for a number of reasons:

  • Motivation
  • Anxiety
  • Conflict
  • Loss that you have encountered
  • Grief
  • Stress
  • coping issues
  • Abuse
  • And anything else you may be interested in!

Counselling is available by appointment at the Impact Centre, phone 021 946643, or email  counselling@newhope.org.nz
