What is Counselling?
There are times in all our lives when we have personal issues or life crisis. Counselling is two people coming together to focus on that issue or life crisis.

Why have counselling?
You may choose to talk to a counsellor for a number of reasons:

  • Motivation
  • Anxiety
  • Conflict
  • Loss that you have encountered
  • Grief
  • Stress
  • coping issues
  • Abuse
  • And anything else you may be interested in!

Counselling is available by appointment at the Impact Centre, email  counselling@nhcit.org.nz
